1. Data we collect

1.1. Account data: the e-mail address (or the identifier of the authorisation provider) used to create your account and to restore access to your key.

1.2. Purchase data: the date, amount, currency, subscription period, and the status of the payment as reported by the payment provider.

1.3. Technical data: the identifiers of the devices on which the access key is activated, required to enforce the device limit of your plan, and standard server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

2. Data we do not collect

2.1. We do not receive or store full bank card details — they are handled entirely by the licensed payment provider.

2.2. We do not keep records of the content of your traffic and do not track your browsing history.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. Issuing and restoring access keys, and enforcing the terms of the selected plan.

3.2. Processing payments, renewals, and refunds.

3.3. Providing support and sending service notifications, such as the reminder before a subscription renews.

3.4. Ensuring the security of the Service and complying with legal requirements.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. Payment data is transferred to the payment provider to the extent necessary to complete the transaction.

4.2. Data may be disclosed where such disclosure is directly required by law.

4.3. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it for third-party advertising purposes.

5. Retention

5.1. Account and purchase data are retained for as long as the account exists and for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.

5.2. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or depersonalised.

6. Your rights

6.1. You may request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion at support@calipso.pw or through the support section of the application.
